CIDEON Output Management
If the document management system is in place the first step is done. The documents are collected, managed, distributed, controlled and central available. Now it is easy to automate routine work like the output process. With the integration into different SAP modules it is possible to use the logic and the object links in SAP to collect data, information, documents and drawings depending on business processes.
With CIDEON Output Management companies are able:
- To print out with issuing of a production or work order all information like tax cards, weight slips, job tickets, pick lists, BOMs, drawings, etc. for the shop floor over night,To burn with issuing of a purchase order all documents for the supplier on a CD or DVD,
- To mark all documents with digital signatures if they’ve been checked out,
- To print out all drawings depending on the CAD document structure,
- To copy documents with issuing of a purchase order to the cFolder web server,
- To stamp watermark with the document status, the material master number or the project number on every drawing,

CAD models, drawings, etc. are migrated to SAP and made available in a processintegrated form through the CIDEON Output Management system for the logistic and materials management and control as well as for internal and external production purposes.
