FSF – Research Group of DIN
The German Railway Standardisation Committee (FSF) within the German Institute for Standardisation (DIN) has the task of carrying out the standardisation work in the fields of rail vehicles, railway track systems and railway systems except for electrical engineering. In addition to this, the committee represents German interests in European and international standardisation, especially with regards to CEN/TC 256 “Railway Applications” and leads the secretariat of CEN/TC 256.
